Launcher background color visible if launcher is hidden

My Launcher is set to Autohide.
The Launcher hides correctly but the Background-Color is still visible.

The Color is the one set in CCSM für Unity→General→Background Color. (see attached Screenshot)

If i chnage the hide-animation to "Fade only" then there is only a ~1-2 pixel wide line.

I have the problem since i upgraded from precise to saucy.
