Bug Description

Since upgrading to 13.10, I can only work for a few hours before the top menu bar (along with the clock and other shortcuts) freezes. The only way I've been able to fix it is to restart the unity-panel-service. This freezing may be related to me switching between different workspaces, as I've noted that the menu bar options will get stuck to those for an application running on a workspace I switched away from. However, the menus are not clickable.
