Super+Space and Shift+Super+Space hotkeys for keyboard layout switching do not work in Saucy and Unity session

On clean Ubuntu 13.10 install with enabled proposed updates Super+Space and Shift+Super+Space are default options for keyboard layout change.
But they do not work in Unity session.

Both of these shortcuts work for me in 13.10 and I have only the proposed packages installed.

No Dash doesn't appear for me but sometimes I see the Unity shortcuts overlay. Also I always press first the Super key and then Space.

Thank you for your bug report. Does it work in a guest session? Does it work if you do the key pressing slowly?

Installed all latest updates (gnome-control-center 1:3.6.3-0ubuntu45, gnome-settings-daemon 3.8.5-0ubuntu11.1) and bug is still here.
It also exists in Guest session.

Yesterday I've installed fresh Ubuntu 13.10 downloaded from official site a
few days ago.
On first boot Super+Space was working but after installing all updates and
reboot it this not work anymore.
13.10 has been released about 3 months ago and this bug is still there. How
it can be possible? It is very disturbing issue for me. Please make your
best to resolve it as soon as you can.
