Bug Description
I've upgraded to Ubuntu 13.10 (development) from 13.04.
When tapping the Super key, the Dash appears, but is empty.
When typing anything, the loading indicator spins forever.
unity displays the following on STDERR:

I had to manually install some scopes, which apparently were not installed by default during the upgrade: unity-scopes-
