Unity Dash doesn't have touch-screen scrolling gestures

Bug Description
Unity as it is works pretty well with touch screens, but you cannot use flicking/sliding gestures to scroll through the dash. Instead, you have to mess with the scroll bar on the right, and poke around the right area of the dash with your finger until you actually find where the scroll bar is. Having touch screen scrolling gestures would give the Unity dash more polish, and it would make the interface much more touch-friendly to use.

It's been 2.5 years now since this problem has been reported. Any chance, that it will ever get fixed?
