2013-09-01 19:35:45 Edwin Pujols bug added bug
2013-09-01 19:37:50 Edwin Pujols description When hovering the pointer around the Unity Launcher icons, the tooltips (with the app name) load quite slowly, half a second or so before it's drawn on screen. Also if I right-click on the Launcher icons, the context menu lags, too. The bigger the area of the context menu, the longer it takes to be shown on screen. This manifests on Intel 945GM graphics, with Core Duo. BTW, the elements which use "Active Blur" are drawn quite slow, too. (I read the related bug report, but after adding -proposed and upgrading the bug kept manifesting, I solved it by deactivating Active Blur via Unity Tweak Tool). Not sure if this is a duplicate or if I am reporting against the appropriate package, please correct me.
