Bug Description
When the launcher has more icons than fit the screen, the icons get accordion-squished. To progressively expand them, one has to move the pointer to an area on the bottom that is very small. This small area results in very delicate cursor aiming being required and often leads to accidentally moving too low and speeding the action up too much.
This is even worse when one wants to expand the launcher up, as the expand-up area is very close to the global menu and if the cursor accidentally crosses over to the global menu, the launcher position resets.
Expected behaviour - the area to progressively expand the lower part of the launcher should be longer - e.g. 1/4 of the whole launcher height. Same should be true for expanding the launcher up. This would result in the speed progression being much more robust, as the cursor has to move over a larger area to increase the speed.
