Bring back single left mouse click to open unity dash icons

I expect that: Left clicking an icon in the dash should open the app selected
What I actually get is: it instead acts like right clicking and gives you the app information.

Can be worked around for now by clicking "launch" in that window.

This is a design-requested change, double click now activates the item.

Rationale for changing it back to one-click:
- Consistency across all unity interfaces
- Touch interfaces, why would you want to double click a touch device to open an app?
- I personally have gotten used to single clicks, and moving to a double click would IMO be a major change, and can get annoying while adapting.

This is pretty much a duplicate of bug #1189088. This bug was actually reported first, but I'll mark this one as a duplicate since there's been more activity on that bug.
