vlc in fullscreen gets unity top bar border on top

Bug Description

The title says it all, when playing fullscreen video in vlc on Ubuntu 13.04 then the border of the top bar (title bar) is not hidden like the bar itself is and should be.

Updated Ubuntu 13.04 as of this bug report.

I just reinstalled totem for reference and the same behaviour there so I'm geuessing it is a unity bug and not just vlc..

Yes, this is a window management problem. VLC just asks for fullscreen.
