Scrolling over the sound icon closes the dash

2. move the mouse of to the indicators area
3. scroll

So a problem with this is the indicators don't receive events anymore when the dash is open. This was caused by the preview work, so atm if we detect a mouse PRESS we close the dash so the indicators can receive the event. So we can fix it by ignoring scroll events but the indicators wont receive events, or just let the dash close and have them receive events.....
