The shadow of unity panel shows in foreground when seeing videos

As summary, the shadow of the unity panel can be seen in the foreground while viewing full-screen videos.
This happens with local videos played by Totem, and web video, for example YouTube with Flash.
Sometimes clicking on the video hides the shadow, but other times not.

I had this issue, installing unity tweak tool was a solution for me. Maybe you want to give it a try.
