Bug Description

Description: Ubuntu 13.04
Release: 13.04
linux:
  Installed: (none)
  Candidate: 3.8.0.19.35
  Version table:
     3.8.0.19.35 0

Just installed 13.04. Windows controls not working. Some element in the desktop is not listening to the kill, down and expand buttons. Since these are normally programmed to be interrupts and not ignored, what more can be said?

Work around is to use other controls. Something to be said for redundancy.

Since I am now running 14.10, I don't see any point in pursuing this. It must have been a one-time hiccup and there are too many variables to get a handle on it. Please close it.
