Dash. I have an xpm icon that doesn't seem to scale down. See screenshot.

Hi, may be you can manually convert the xpm file to a png file and change the desktop file accordingly?

You may also ask the software vendor to do the same thing, since I'm really not aware of any good reasons to use xpm over png.

I definitely agree this is a bug, though.

Asking the user to make changes to system provided package is not a good solution. The images were automatically scaled in previous releases, that they aren't in current releases is a regression and a bug.
