unity autohide sensivity 'NOT PERFECT'

Bug Description
if i set unitys autohide sensivity to its lowest, it is impossible to open it. this i a bug, if it was a feature is was called something like 'disable launcher' if i set the sensivity from the stripe to its end, it doesnt matter where it is, the value just doesnt change. (or maybe not far enough)
