Bug Description

Right now my Unity detects I have a Chrome window opened and another USB drive attached. I have none of them, but they appear semi-transparent, like being open in another workspace. See the attached screenshots.

I run Quantal with all updates to date.

I forgot to tell that I can see 2 "Workspace switcher" icons on my unity launchbar, just like in the above attached screenshot.

Just tested, right now if I close programs, they appear open, but with semi-transparent arrow on the left. Tried with Filezilla and System Monitor. Unity does not detect very well open programs, but for this bug, it is the first time I see it. I will restart laptop, it wii probably be gone.

If it happens again, open a terminal and do "ps aux > processes.txt" and upload that file, or see for yourself if the program that still has the arrow is running is in the output of that command. Maybe the programs are not closing completely?

Not exactly the same, but I get an arrow like Chrome would be in another workspace, but it is not.
