Impossible to create a shortcut on desktop - small devices

On small screens (mine is 13.3 ") the dash is on full display and it's impossible to drag and drop a tile on the desktop to create a shortcut.

On large screens apparently no problem.

As far as Unity should work also on tablet and smartphone devices this report is relevant in a wider sense.

In respect that 2 user have that problem with Unity on devices with smaller monitors I set it upstream also to confirmed.

Pressing Esc closes the dash during the drag. Closing.
