Single pixel vertical line appears/disappears between launcher and dash

There's a white vertical edge to the launcher. Opening the dash makes this stand out more. After a second or so it disappears. It also re-appears and disappears when you resize the launcher.

It should probably not hang around for a second after the dash appears, and should not re-appear on resizing the dash.
