I'm running Ubuntu 12.04 64-bit on a new desktop computer Intel Core i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz × 4 with Intel HD Graphics 4000. When I right-click on on a launcher for the first time, the tooltip is not displayed properly - see attached picture. I've had a similar problem with the tooltips not being displayed at all (Bug #1034164 https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity/+bug/1034164). This bug was fixed after an update in October, but I still have this issue with the tooltips.

Since it is similar to this bug Bug #1034164, the source package is unity I guess.
