Show minimized windows in switcher doesn't work

Hi,

when I disable "Show minimized windows in switcher" in CCSM unity plugin it doesn't change anything.
No mater if option is on or off switcher (alt+tab) always show minimized windows. I have try to logout after changing the option but it didn't work.

PS: from the guide lines:

Sorry folks, but as part of the bug clean up ahead of 16.04 LTS, I'm marking this as invalid because it affects an Ubuntu release which is now unsupported. If you can still recreate this bug in a supported release, please do open a new bug and we can triage it for consideration in the 16.04 LTS development cycle.

The Compiz Config System Settings Unity plugin appears to no longer have a toggle for "Show minimized windows in switcher". At least, not that I can discern.
