After upgrading Ubuntu 12.04 to Ubuntu 12.04 i restart the pc (laptop - Toshiba L500), log in with my password and i get in my account and then i don't see the menus of unity and the launcher with menus of my apps.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears to be a "regular" (non-security) bug. I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy. Please feel free to report any other bugs you may find.

Just because this bug i have to re-install the operating system, but, this time i will install Xubuntu 12.10 instead of Ubuntu 12.10 because the graphics card of my laptop Toshiba L500 buyed in 2009 don't support Ubuntu 12.10 (the new features) very well !
