Closed quicklists appearing under open quicklists

Currently running Ubuntu 12.10 Beta 1 (currently up-to-date)

When I right-click on a quicklist then move to right-click another quicklist in the Unity launcher the closed quicklist can still be seen, specifically the parts that would overlap with the currently open quicklist if both were open simultaneously.
