Support raw imagedata for itemmodel in scopes

Bug Description
Currently you are not able to apply raw imagedate for the image for the model of your item in scopes.
Because of that people, that e.g want to use raw data from sql databases, have to cache the imagedata first into a file, and than apply the path to the file to the itemmodel.
