launcher mouseover tooltip not dismissed on right click

Bug Description
Using the current unity-team release's ppa (candidate for quantal ff) and compiz gles:
- mouseover a launcher icon, the tooltip is displayed
- right click on that icon
- you can see the mouseover tooltip through the right click list
that's a regression from that update, the mouseover tooltip should be dismissed
