Bug Description
There has been a bug I have been experiencing where the unity panel service freezes, using normally about of my 92% CPU, and when this happens libre office also freezes. During this freeze the GNOME bar doesn't work (It registers when there is a cursor but doesn't let me use the menu's)
When stopping the Unity panel service libre office uses 92% cpu. When I restart libre office it will eventually freeze again and suck up a lot of resoures.
