No keyboard focus after alt-tab, title bar blank

When I alt-tab between windows, occasionally (maybe 1 out of 10 or 15 times) when I finish, the window is left in a state where it has no keyboard focus, and the title bar is blank. It still appears to have mouse focus (hovering over an element which changes the pointer works, for example), and when I click into the window, keyboard focus is restored. This also appears to happen (again, occasionally) when pressing alt to get to the HUD, then alt again to dismiss it.

This only started happening recently, and may be a regression from a unity/compiz update.

The alt-tab focus problem is in bug 1035628.

The after-the-HUD part, I'm not sure about an existing report. We'll have to keep looking and make one if we need to, but I see that too, in Quantal.
