Bug Description
What happens:
I have a maximized window (firefox) in background. Currently my topbar looks good as it blends into the infrastructure.
Now I open gnome-terminal. It opens in unmaximized state. Now all of sudden my topbar looks crazy with shadow over the firefox window making some of the firefox top UI difficult to look at.
What should happen:
The topbar should not cast a shadow. This behaviour is inconsistent in maximized mode and minimized mode.
Also when I open another window I just expect the overlapping part of the underneath window to get obstructed. The shadow obstructs even the top few lines of pixels of the window underneath giving a weird unblended rendering.
