Bug Description
The Files & Folders lense gives wrong results after a file is deleted. It leaves the containing folder in the search results for that term, despite the fact that folder no longer contains files named with that search term.
Steps to reproduce:
1) create a file /tmp/foo.txt
2) open file in gedit: gedit /tmp/foo.txt
3) close gedit
4) open Unity dash and search for 'foo'
5) observe results for both /tmp/foo.txt (file) and /tmp (directory)
6) delete /tmp/foo.txt
7) open Unity dash and search for 'foo' again
Expected behavior: no results
Observed behavior: still one result for /tmp (directory)
This is a non-upgraded install of Precise (12.04) with -proposed enabled.

Note that I confirmed this is not a Zeitgeist bug.
<seiflotfy> PsyberS_: that is a unity bug, the fact that you deleted the file does not delete it from the zeitgeist history, but rather annotates it as deleted
<seiflotfy> unity should not show deleted history
<PsyberS_> seiflotfy: but shouldnt the deletion also annotate the directory?
<seiflotfy> PsyberS_: it does
<PsyberS_> oh, but unity doesnt respect that?
<seiflotfy> exactly
