BAMF does not match unison window to desktop file

I created an launcher for unison-gtk in my left hand side quick start menu while running Unity.
When I click this icon again I have to unison-gtk icons there ...

Weird, just installed unison-gtk and I don't have this issue. Did you install this from source, or from the repos?

I have installed from the normal repo:

ii unison 2.40.65-1ubuntu1 file-synchronization tool for Unix and Windows
ii unison-gtk 2.40.65-1ubuntu1 file-synchronization tool for Unix and Windows with GTK+ interface

This seems weird. Seems like unison-gtk is identifying itself as a separate program with it's own icon and hence is screwing up BAMF's matching.

On a fresh Quantal system, I gave this a shot and there were two launcher icons of Unison. It's definitely BAMF failing to match the process to the correct desktop file.
