Bug Description

Hi

Description: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
Release: 12.04

unity:
  Installed: 5.12-0ubuntu1.1
  Candidate: 5.12-0ubuntu1.1
  Version table:

     5.10.0-0ubuntu6 0

compiz:
  Installed: 1:0.9.7.8-0ubuntu1
  Candidate: 1:0.9.7.8-0ubuntu1
  Version table:
 *** 1:0.9.7.8-0ubuntu1 0

        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
     1:0.9.7.6-0ubuntu1 0
        500 http://gb.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ precise/main amd64 Packages

What happened:
- Open the dash
- Click on the maximise button, note the dash changes to fullscreen
- Click on the restore button, note that a black area appears where the dash has been resized (see screenshot)
- Note that if the mouse moves off the panel or launcher into the 'desktop' area the black area disappears

What should have happened:
- After restoring the dash the black area should not have been shown.

NOTE: I am using the nouveau drivers on a Nvidia Geforce 8800 GTS.

Hope this issue can be resolved soon.

Andy
