Bug Description

A common operation for me is to maximize a window and set it to "always on top" or "always on visible workspace."

Unity makes this slightly more difficult than it should be. When the window is maximized, its context menu (the menu you normally get by right-clicking the title bar) is inaccessible to the mouse. This is asymetric from the behavior when a window is not maximized.

(And yes, I do know about alt-space. )
