Opens a new Firefox window even if there is already one opened

Bug Description
I don't know if this really is a bug or it was coded like this , but for me it opens a new Firefox window even if there is another one opened ( using 12.10 32bits ) . I think it's better to open a new tab if already there is a window opened and bring it in front .
