Unread count is from inbox and labels, not just inbox

Bug Description
The unread count in the launcher shows the number of unread messages in both the inbox and the labels (for labels not set to "hide").
I'd expect the unread count to only be for the inbox as this is what other email notification systems do (e.g. Android). If you have a lot of mail being filtered with labels the unread count is almost always non-zero but I'd only like to be notified of priority messages (i.e. the inbox).
