Hotcorners doesn't work after reboot

Upon boot, hotcorners fails to work. I have to load up the Unity Tweak Tool, and switch hotcorners off then on again.

I seem to have the same problem, on two computers.
Sporadically, the hotcorners don't work after booting.
On of the machine has 12.04, the other has 13.04.

Also happens in 14.04 beta 1, not every reboot has this situation, but it does occur quite often.
