Bug Description

CPU usage of u-s-c goes to around 40% when an external screen is connected, as long as the display is on.

Seems android-specific, not reproducable under mesa.

Added Mir to affected projects since chances are this is a Mir problem rather than a USC-specific problem.

Yep, duplicate of lp:499039, fixing lp:499039, USC cpu consumption (as reported by top) goes down to normal when an external display is connected.
