Bug Description

Ubuntu 19.10 fully dist-upgraded

For a couple weeks now, there is no num lock upon starting the Unity session, as there should be.

Behaviour confirmed on two separate Ubuntu 19.10 Unity stations.

It got broken in LP: #1845031. So they move the "numlock-state" under desktop-schemas, but as boolean and not as enum. So numlock-state is never saved in u-s-d. But manually pressing the hardware key should still work. Working on a fix.
