Bug Description

I'm running Ubuntu 18.10.

Basically: after installing, then later removing (purging) pantheon, I found that window controls on CSD windows no longer respect the gsettings value. Clearing dconf settings completely made no difference.

Only this account is affect.

Turns out the problem was using SDDM as opposed to GDM.
