Bug Description
Since updating to 14.10, I can no longer disable my built in touchpad. This worked fine in 14.04.
This is on an Acer UX32VD.
If I press the Fn-f9 hotkey, I get an on-screen popup that alternates between "enabled" and "disabled", but the touchpad remains enabled.
The switch in the Mouse applet of System settings doesn't have any effect either.
