Bug Description

When choosing Ubuntu's behaviour for a critical low battery only one option is available (Power Off). Hibernate is greyed out and Suspend is not even an option. This can be sorted with dconf Editor however you should be able to select these options from the system settings as dconf Editor is not installed by default.
