touchpad re-enables itself after suspend/resume

Bug Description

After suspending and resuming my laptop in trusty, my setting to disable the touchpad is lost and the touchpad is re-enabled. I have to disable it again through gnome-control-center to get it back out of the way.

I also have this problem on my Lenovo laptop.I disabled the touchpad because i use usb mouse, but on the next startup the touchpad enables itself.I do not use the suspend/resume function.I have Ubuntu 14.04, 32 bit, with Unity and kernel 3.13.0-27-generic #50.
