Bug Description
Related to bug 1446499
Retail bq handset. Updated Today Scope from the store.
After updating, pull up bottom edge in scopes and can no longer find the scope.

I couldn't reproduce this issue with vivid image. We made some changes in that code in vivid, so chances are we eliminated that problem.
