Bug Description
I have a localized settings.ini file with only a string.
The displayName is displayed localized, as expected.
The defaultValue is NOT displayed in the input box, neither localized nor not localized.
Here's the contents of the settings ini:

defaultValue=Value
defaultValue[
displayName=Display name
displayName[
Please see screenshot attachment.
Note also the input box is not sized correctly to fit the default text it displays.
