My Ubuntu 14.04 LTS 64-bit system had just rebooted after installing some software updates. As it happens my DHCP server was offline when I rebooted so I ended up with no IP networking for 1/2 hour. While I was instigating what was wrong with my PC (not yet knowing that the DHCP server was offline) I had an error report pop up. Once the Internet connection was restored I reported the error.

I see this every time I restart Ubuntu 15.10 64-bit system. Hoping this defect will get assigned to be debugged and preferably fixed, especially since this is several years old.
