Bug Description
Ubuntu 15.04 r89
1. Go into Flight Mode.
2. Go to the Apps scope.
3. Try to uninstall an app by long-pressing on it.
What happens:
* You are taken to a screen that has a progress bar for a minute or two, but is otherwise empty.
* You can't uninstall the app.
What should happen:
* You should be able to uninstall an app without having an Internet connection.
If you then turn off Flight Mode and retry, it will still fail as long as bug 1478026 is unfixed.

What version of the unity-scope-click package do you have installed? And what device is this on? I don't see an r89 in stable or rc-proposed channels for any of mako, krillin, arale, or vegetahd.
