Some click icons are appearing twice after upgrade to RC

I upgraded from ubuntu-touch/stable/bq-aquaris.en to ubuntu-touch/rc-proposed/bq-aquaris.en

After the upgrade, some of the Apps are appearing twice, see the attached screenshot.

Hi Omer, thanks for reporting this.

Can you check what packages are installed on the phone?
This command should tell you that: $ click list | sort

According to this paste that Omer sent, there are .desktop files left on the filesystem after an upgrade: http://paste.ubuntu.com/11523151/

eg:

Omer also sent me the output of "click list" and "sudo click list", and everything seems fine there, with only the very latest version installed.

I suspect this might be an issue in the click desktop hook, so I'm moving the bug there.
