Bug Description
Testers expected to be able to customise their apps Scope. The current display of apps does not reflect and support their' apps usage. They wanted their frequently used apps to be placed on the top. Testers did not always remember to use launcher for their favourite apps.

This is part of a bigger redesign project (Scopes Curation) and it can't be fixed as a single bug. The desired resolution and specs will be updated as soon as they are available.
