Bug Description
Hi!
When the Ubuntu Phone is in offline mode, I can't browse my installed applications, then I can't uninstall.
Please, allow a offline browse.
Thanks in advance!

Can you please clarify? The store cannot be browsed while offline (as it would be impossible to install any apps of course). However, the main apps scope is the "offline" mode, and lists all the installed apps you have. You can long press on the icons to get to a preview for those applications, and uninstall them.
