Hard to find new apps with new departments

Bug Description
With the new app store departments, we can see Top apps, Favorite apps, and an App of the Week, but no longer can see new apps. Before departments landed, the new apps were the ones at the beginning of the list. Not elegant, but at least you could see them.
I'd suggest that "New apps" sections are useful for the various categories too.
