Unable to install applications using new scopes

When I click the install action in the preview of an uninstalled application, I get the progress bar and when it reaches 100% there's an error saying that the download/install couldn't be finished.

When looking at the log, there's just this:

I am seeing the same messages in the scope-registry.log on my device, with image 244 and the silo unity8 packages, but the installation of apps was not blocked. I successfully installed 2 apps.

If you are able to reproduce this issue, can you please export U1_DEBUG=1 in the scope's environment and get the log with that? It should have a lot more information in it then.

I installed build #244 from scratch on a dual boot nexus 4, then added the debs from silo 13, rebooted, and then I was able to install and run two different apps, with no issues. (Tabu Game and laut.fm).
As dobey suggests, please try to run the scope with that env var, and also try to paste the download manager logs.
