lp:unity-scope-click FTBFS on failing unit tests

lp:unity-scope-click fails to build from source in our ppa:ubuntu-unity/daily-build PPA - there seems to be an unit test failing.

This is very odd. The tests are passing fine locally, in pbuilder, and passed fine in jenkins when they were run there.

The link in the description is only to the amd64 build, but this seems to have also happened on i386 and armhf.

This appears to be due to the new ratings and reviews code accessing the network. Working on a fix.
