The pkcon executable is wrongly used

It should be using the pkgkit dbus interface instead

In the meantime, pkcon is needed from packagekit-tools

We need to add a new process to be run by the download manager when each download is completed.

This process should do the pkgkit dbus call to start the installation, and when the installation is finished it should also handle the removal of the downloaded .click package from the download directory.

Actually ideally click's PackageKit plugin would handle the downloads itself; but perhaps not for 13.10.
